Konica Minolta formed in 2003 through the merger of Konica Corporation and Minolta Co., Ltd. Their production printing division competes directly with Xerox, Ricoh, and Canon in the toner-based production press market. The AccurioPress brand (launched 2016) replaced the bizhub PRESS naming. In India, Konica Minolta AccurioPress presses are widely used in commercial digital printing, book publishing, direct mail, and — increasingly — with MGI digital coating systems for premium finishing integration.
